Our prominent client is a leading European Manufacturing organization. For more than 3 decades, our client has been manufacturing industrial products with some respective secondary sub-products and also supplies appliances that can boost the assembly line in all SKUs. In addition to the above product stack, their IT infrastructure currently functions with their custom Software as a Service (SaaS) document management applications and that is the area of function where revamping & automation is required.

• Setting up a Smooth & New Content Migration pipeline with the density of thousands of data & files in-flow.
• Migration of current Jive personal content including secondary File Share to OneDrive.
• As per the current ecosystem, the files & their respective content had to be migrated into the derived expectant OneDrive environment keeping in mind their per customer's requirements in various SKUs.

Considering the current ecosystem, our team faced a major hurdle because the current internal & external collaboration wasn't on a single platform. It was supposed to be standardized and we have to ensure its determination. Our client’s team was very much enthusiastic about new upgrades and best-in-the-market place “Microsoft Office 365” and they desired to move forward with it. Being in the business for a longer period of time, their Jive Personal content has been the only platform for content collaboration and it was widely used by their resources and respective clients. So, the second major obstacle was to ensure a smooth & seamless transition of Jive Personal Content and their customer’s file data content over to a new OneDrive environment. Overall, a seamless, smooth & swift transition with minimal impact on the current ecosystem was the need of the hour for our growth team at SOFTVANLABS. The biggest challenges were the Links that were maintained in Excel for Financial documents which reference internally needed to be preserved.
